Berry College’s Mickey Duncan has been named the Southern States Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week. The Dallas, Ga. native led the Lady Vikings to a pair of close wins, 59-57 over Emmanuel College and 73-71 over Brenau University, this past week.

The junior post player averaged over 16 points per-game for the week. She was also a standout in almost every department. Duncan averaged over eight rebounds and three assists per-game. She finished the week shooting 70% from the field, going 14-for-20, and was 5-of-5 at the free-throw line. Duncan also impacted opponents on the defensive end. Against Emmanuel she had an impressive four blocks. She also averaged three steals per-game during the week.
