Robert Whitnell of Shorter earned the SSAC Offensive Player of the Week honor and Zack Schultze of Reinhardt earned the SSAC Defensive Player of the Week honor.

Whitnell a 6-1 SR Fwd. from Brentwood, England led the Hawks to their first conference win this weekend, scoring the game-winning goal in overtime. Additionally, he had the assist in the first goal.  Shorter is now 2-1 overall with a 1-0 record in the SSAC.

Schultze a 6-3 FR G from Newnan, GA only allowed one goal in their win over Covenant College last week in 90 minutes of play.  Reinhardt is now 1-1 on the season.
