ATLANTA -- Following a 3-0 week in which the team knocked off No. 16 Shorter, two members of the Reinhardt Men's Soccer team were rewarded with Player of the Week honors. Padraig McDonagh was tabbed the Southern States Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week, while goalkeeper Zack Shultze earned the nod as Defensive Player of the Week.

Shultze, a goalkeeper from Newnan, Ga., did not allow a goal last week in three starts. The 6-3 freshman recorded two saves in the first half of the team's 6-0 win over Cinicinnati Christian. He also had eight key saves in the team's 1-0 upset of No. 16 Shorter, a team that was leading the SSAC standings. He concluded the week with a pair of saves in the team's 5-0 shutout win over Brewton-Parker. His team out-scored it's opponents 12-0 for the week.

McDonagh, from Drogheda, Ireland, totalled nine points last week with five assists and two goals. The 5-8 forward provided three assists in the Eagles' 6-0 win over Cincinatti Christian. He followed that up with an assist on the game winning goal in the team's 1-0 upset over Shorter. The senior capped his week off with two goals and an assist in the team's 5-0 win over Brewton Parker.
