The Vikings battled with No. 5 Embry-Riddle in a road contest this week. Bergmann scored the lone goal for Berry in the seventh minute of the game. Despite the early lead, Berry fell 2-1 to the highly-ranked Eagles. Bergmann is  a sophomore on the Berry team and hails from Wurselen, Germany.

Edwards was a key component in keeping things close with the Eagles, logging seven saves in the match. Edwards is a freshman from Douglassville, Ga.
