LEXINGTON, KY-  The SSAC Player of the Year, Milica Krsmanovic of Lee University is joined on the AVCA 14-member All-Region Team by her teammate, Kayla Carlisle and Shorter College's Kasi Runion.

Krsmanovic, who was the MVP of last year's SSAC Tournament, was also first-team All-SSAC. She is a four-year starter for Head Coach Andrea Hudson. Known for her work ethic on and off the playing court, Krsmanovic is a three-time All-SSAC Scholar and a two-time NAIA Scholar Athlete. The Senior setter/outside hitter has been four-year constant for the Flames and this year has led Lee to a conference regular season and tournament title as well as the 24-team national tournament finals in Sioux City, Iowa from December 1-5.

Carlisle, also a first team all-conference performer for the past two seasons, was this year's Tournament MVP while being involved in 12 blocks in the final match. The 6'3" middle blocker is a junior and also a member of the Lee University Women's Basketball Team.

Runion will leave Shorter College as the most prolific hitter in school history. A four-year starter and three-year All SSAC member, this 6'0" middle blocker from Ringgold, Georgia will graduate from Shorter with the single season and all-time record in kills.
