During Tedrick's Sophomore year his hustle and dedication to the team was a key presence that brought the National Christian College Athletics Association (NCCAA) 2008 2009 National Championship Banner to our Emmanuel College Campus. Tedrick crosses the academic and athletic lines in many aspects of his Campus Life. He is actively engaged in serving people in all aspects of life. Tedrick models the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) ‘Champion of Character' initiative. He has been actively involved in several student focused activities. His 2007 2008 games stats are impressive with: 641 points scored, (a .438 percentage); 61 offensive rebounds; 133 defensive rebounds; 70 assists; and 13 blocked shots. Rev. Dennis Leroy Duncan MS, EC's Sports Information Director, noted that "Tedrick is developing and maturing in character on and off of the court. His work ethic in the weight room is impressive. His academic efforts toward excellence and his concern for the entire EC Community evidence that he is a natural leader to the entire EC community".

During Tedrick's current season he has scored 344 points, grabbed 26 offensive and 73 defensive rebounds, while earning 39 steals, while handing out 38 assists, and blocking 14 shots. T.J. Rosene, EC Men's Basketball Head Coach notes that:" It has been a lot of fun to coach Teddy. 1500 points as a Junior is pretty amazing. What makes him so good is that he is much more concerned with winning than with his own stats. Teddy is a fine young man and a fierce competitor. I couldn't be more happy for him".

Tedrick is a graduate of Chapel Hill High School, Douglas, GA. He currently resides with his family in Douglasville, GA.
