Fuddruckers , the presenting sponsor, is located at 595 Riverside Parkway across from State Mutual Stadium, home of the Rome Braves, approximately a mile down Riverside Parkway from the Forum. This year's event, which features the first time the SSAC Basketball Championships are at a neutral facility, is only possible due to the partnerships from businesses like Fuddruckers and the Greater Rome CVB. Franchise owner, Charles Curlee stated the following: "We are extremely fortunate to be involved with such a great organization as the Southern States Athletic Conference and look forward to an outstanding basketball tournament that will bring some of the south's top young athletes to our community."

Also involved in this championship event is the Rome Noon Optimist Club. This group will serve as team hosts and help coordinate special Champion of Character events in many of the local grade schools during the week of the tournament. The NAIA Champion of Character program embodies the principles of integrity, sportsmanship, responsibility, respect, and servant leadership. These events will be conducted with the SSAC players and coaches at various city and county schools. The Optimist Club members will also assist and be involved in the operation of the tournament.
