2010 Brewton-Parker College graduate Andrew Dikas signs professional contract to play overseas in Europe.   2010 Brewton-Parker College graduate Andrew Dikas recently fulfilled his dreams after he accepted a professional contract to play overseas in Europe.  This past week, Dikas signed with a top Swedish team, Norrkopings Basetforening, or short for NBF.  Dikas will join four other Americans listed on the roster.  The Dolphins currently sit 11-8 and are coached by Burke Paul.

Dikas graduated in 2010 with a degree in Sport and Fitness Studies.  A two-year standout student-athlete, Dikas was very grateful for his experience at BPC.  "BPC gave me a great education and surrounded me with great people and a great Christian atmosphere.  It transformed me into the person I am today.  I know that playing in the tough Southern States Athletic Conference has and will continue to prepare me during my professional career.

Lacking a true point's leader and athleticism at the wing position, the Dolphins are highly anticipating Dikas's arrival.  Dikas will fly out as early as this Sunday (January 8th) in preparation for his debut game on January 13th against Norrkoping-Sodertalje.
