Former Faulkner catcher Nick Stillwagon has signed a free agent contract with the Pittsburgh Pirates and has reported to their minor league team in Bradenton, Fla. Stillwagon, an NAIA All-American from Biloxi, Miss., hit .379 with seven homeruns and 46 RBI last season, leading the Eagles to a fourth place finish in the Southern States Athletic Conference standings. Stillwagon was also selected to the All-SSAC first team.
