The Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC) announced today its 2006 Men’s Soccer Coaches Preseason Poll. The Senators of Auburn University Montgomery (AUM) narrowly edged out the Lee University Flames for the top spot to open the season. AUM, the defending SSAC champions received 6 first place votes while the other two first place votes went to Lee. Voting was conducted by SSAC men's soccer coaches.
