Dalton & Dickens will spend the 2007 summer playing against other college players from across the country.  The SCBL is growing quickly amongst other collegiate summer leagues.  Dalton & Dickens become the second & third Eagles to sign a collegiate summer baseball contract.  The SCBL begins play in late May and runs through the end of July.  In 2006, Dickens hit .320 with 5 doubles, 1 triple, 2 home runs, 33 RBI's, and solidified the cathching position for the Eagles.  Dalton finished the 2006 campaign as Reinhardt's most dependable starter with 61 1/3 innings pitched, a 4.40 ERA, and a 4-5 record.  The Eagles will look forward to great seasons out of both players.
