1.  Pairings will be adjusted after Game 11 to match teams which have not previously met or have not played since the first round for Game 12 and Game 13.

2.  If the team from the winners' bracket loses, this will leave three teams with a loss.  The team undefeated the longest will receive the bye.  The other teams will then play Game 14.  The championship game (Game 15), pitting the winner of Game 14 against the team receiving the bye, would then be played.

3.  If the team from the winners' bracket wins, there will be two teams remaining and they will play for the championship.

4.  If the team from the winners' bracket loses, a second championship game (Game 15) will be played.

5.  It may be necessary for a team to play two games in one day in order to complete the tournament.
